At Feelsummer, we recognise the importance of giving the customer confidence in booking their events and hotels. With the current COVID 19 situation bringing uncertainty to many events and holidays, we have decided to implement a Covid Protection Guarantee.
What Is Feelsummer’s Covid Protection Guarantee?
Feelsummer’s Covid Protection Guarantee protects any booking made through Feelsummer. This will provide customers with a full or partial refund, if they are unable to make any bookings due to any cancellations caused by COVID 19.
How Does The Feelsummer’s Covid Protection Guarantee Work With Event Ticket Bookings?
As only deposit payments are taken via Feelsummer for the events – securing your place at the event, the deposit payment is protected within the Feelsummer’s Covid Protection Guarantee. This will entitle the customer to a full refund on the deposit payment if the customer is unable to make any events due to any cancellations caused by COVID 19.
How Does The Feelsummer’s Covid Protection Guarantee Work With Hotel Bookings?
Feelsummer only takes deposit payments for hotels bookings, with the remaining balance paid at the hotel on arrival. The Customer is not stuck in any monthly payment plan.
If flights are cancelled (due to COVID 19), which directly affect the customers hotel booking, or travelling goes against The Foreign and Commonwealth Office guidelines, Feelsummer’s Covid Protection Guarantee allows the customer to be refunded 50% of their deposit payment, if cancelled at least 2 week before their arrival date.
The Customer is also entitled to free voluntary cancellation of their hotel booking, at least 2 weeks prior to their arrival. If the customer is cancelling at least 2 weeks prior to their arrival date, due to COVID 19, the customer will be refunded 50% of their deposit payment under the Feelsummer’s Covid Protection Guarantee.
Any cancellation made within the 2 weeks of their arrival date, will not receive any refunds, and may need to pay a fee (Hotel Dependant – Please check hotel page).
If hotels are closed due to COVID 19, the customer has the option to receive a full refund / move hotel dates / transfer to a different hotel.
How Much Does The Feelsummer’s Covid Protection Guarantee Cost?
The Feelsummer’s Covid Protection Guarantee is included for free within all purchases made through Feelsummer.
Overview
Event Deposits are fully refundable if the customers holiday is directly affected by COVID 19.
Hotel Booking deposits are eligible for a full refund if the hotel is closed due to COVID 19.
Hotel Bookings are entitled to a 50% refund on deposit payments, if cancelling due to COVID 19 and is at least 2 weeks prior to the customers arrival date.
Hotel Bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival date, will not receive any refunds, and may need to pay a fee (Hotel Dependant – Please Check Hotel Page).
